With extensive experience in brand strategy, business development, and leadership, Karen has made it her mission to help businesses and individuals unlock their full potential. She specializes in working with individuals and companies, scaling businesses, and organizations that seek to build authentic, impactful brands that resonate with their audiences.

With a passion for using technology to drive positive change in society, Karen brings a unique perspective to the tech industry, combining innovation with a strong ethical foundation. She recognized the lack of representation and opportunities for women of color in the field and decided to take action. In response, she founded Black Girls in Tech, a global organization that empowers and supports women of color in the tech sector through education, networking, and mentorship. The organization has grown exponentially partnering with companies and launching programs around the world.
